Technology Access Program

Ordering is now closed.

You do not need to take any action at this time if you placed a Technology Access Program order. Orders are still being processed, and this may take several weeks. Continue checking your email for updates or check the status of your request by visiting and choosing “order tracking.”

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) has contracted with Supporting Families Together Association (SFTA) and Kaplan Early Learning Company to offer eligible regulated Wisconsin child care programs the opportunity to order free technology devices and software to support business operations. Funding is available through the federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) of 2021. These funds are credited to the state’s Child Care and Development Block Grant award, and $10 Million in funds are being directed toward supporting child care programs through the Technology Access Program.

Orders were open between May 24 and 6 p.m. on June 18, 2021.

Eligible child care providers received an email from Kaplan Early Learning Company on May 24 or 25 with personal login information to the order portal. If you believe you are eligible but did not receive an email, contact your local CCR&R for assistance.
