Western Dairyland Child Care Partnership (CCP) is seeking applications for a part-time Program Assistant. CCP Resource & Referral is located in Eau Claire WI and serves ten counties in western Wisconsin. Resource & Referral Agencies are community-based experts who make child care work by developing professionals who care for our children, connecting parents with child care services, and collecting child care data that impacts our communities.

Primary Responsibilities
The Program Assistant will be responsible to providing front line support and assistance to clients, child care providers, and the general public by phone, email, and in person; play a key role in providing program support by performing data entry in multiple databases; and perform basic clerical and program support services.

Key Qualifications
This position requires integrity, attention to detail, and commitment. The applicant must also have strong verbal and written communication skills. The applicant must also be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to improve good outcomes for young children. Must be proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and databases.

Preference would be given if applicants has familiarity with early care and education community resources as well as knowledge of state and county regulations on child care

Wage ranges from $12-$14/hour. Generous time off policy and benefits available.
