Biography

Annie Confer is a seasoned reserch analyst with a robust background in strategic planning, data analysis, and program management. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Partner Up! program at the Supporting Families Together Association in Madison, WI, Annie has previous experience in overseeing and evaluating program execution and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Her role involves coordinating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and providing strategic recommendations.

Previously, Annie worked as a Program Analyst at Victor in Eureka, CA, where she provided comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports to enhance program effectiveness. She facilitated the development and implementation of agency-wide outcomes and evaluation systems, ensuring accurate and timely program performance data.

Annie’s experience also includes her tenure in a hybrid role including Program Support Specialist and HMIS Assistant at Nation’s Finest, where she facilitated client wellness and autonomy through effective advocacy and resource management, in addition to state and federal database management and reporting. Her analytical skills were honed during her time as a Research Analyst at eHarmony Inc., where she managed large datasets and provided actionable insights to support strategic initiatives in Los Angeles, CA.

Annie holds a wealth of experience in strategic planning, having developed and presented strategic plans for organizations such as the Dunn County Criminal Justice Collaboration Council and Advanced Laser Machining Inc. Her academic background includes a role as a Graduate Assistant where she contributed to the Operations and Supply Chain Management graduate program through data analysis, thesis editing with ESL students, and report writing.

Annie’s has a passion for data, continuous improvement and leveraging her skills to drive organizational success to foster positive outcomes. Her three dogs are also a big joy.

Education

  • MS, Applied Psychology with concentrations in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Program Evaluation, University of Wisconsin-Stout (Wisconsin’s only Polytechnic University).

  • BS, Psychology, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

  • Completed both BS and MS degrees within 5 years while maintaining employment.
