Mission Statement

To promote equity and culturally responsive practices in early childhood relationships, environments, and systems that support Wisconsin’s youngest learners, their families, and the professionals who work with them. We are committed to:

  • Providing access to professional learning opportunities, resources, and tools that build equitable environments, opportunities, and partnerships.
  • Creating opportunities for self-reflection, connection, and support that inspire actionable steps toward diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Cultivating and advancing cross-sector & inter-agency collaborations committed to advancing equity.

Professional Development Minis

The following professional development “minis” are ready-to-go professional development opportunities that can be completed in 30 minutes to an hour. They have been specifically designed for teams but can also be modified to use for personal reflection and growth.  Early childhood professionals and those working with young children and their families are the intended audience, although any group could benefit from these discussions.
